Of our specialist little organic loaves with no wheatflour – 100% Rye Sourdough is a best seller and seen as one of the most healthy breads we make. Very popular with Russian and Nordic customers, it is delicious eaten buttered, with cream cheese or with smoked salmon. As Rye flour is naturally low gluten, and we use our 3 day make & bake process for a fully fermented loaf, even customers with digestion and gluten intolerance issues can find it tolerable to eat.
