The Rex Baker has made baguettes every single week since Village Day back in June 2013. And they have got better & better. They have a touch of sourdough and organic white flour and like all Rex breads, take at least 24 hours to make & bake.
Our family runs one of the most awarded independent bakeries in Britain. We care deeply about we sell, taking time to make our food properly and only putting into it exactly what’s needed.
