Our Rex shortbread biscuit base is hand crumbled for a better rise, spread with raspberry jam & topped with a heated milk, sugar, butter, vanilla & flaked almond mix which toasts during baking, and all combines irresistibly for nutty, jammy, wholesome goodness. Reminiscent of Bakewell Tart and a big favourite in Rex Bakery.
