A light, buttery, cinammon-y Nordic-style bun
Made with organic white flour, free range egg and Italian orange oil extract from rind, added to both our cinnamon sugar and the dough.
Recipe specially crafted by the Rex Baker to avoid typical dryness, we laminate layers of cinammon dough with the very best Lescure patisserie butter for the light, moist texture.
No need to slap on cream cheese frosting here!
