Cracked Rye Loaf

One of our specialist little loaves – Cracked Rye Sourdough is a dense little loaf made of cracked rye, sourdough, malted barley extract, pumpkin seeds and organic rye flour – natural fermentation and full of flavour.  It’s topped with extra pumpkin seeds and is the Rex Bakery founder’s favourite loaf 🙂
