Classic artisan croissants, completely hand-made on the premises by Rex expert bakers. 24+ turns of the dough made with 100% organic white flour and specially selected premium patisserie butter of a low water content, which creates just the right flavour balance between pastry flakes and melt-in-the-mouth richness. Our croissant dough is “retarded” for 12-18 hours to ensure the slow development of the dough and treble egg-washed prior to baking.
