Feta and Spinach Roll
Our vegetarian Spinach & Feta Rolls were inspired by our Greek pastry chef. In the delicious filling they feature leek and herbs, and then classic Rex-made puff pastry with organic white wheatflour and cultured best patisserie butter, is egg washed and topped with poppyseeds.
Tasty both served at ambient room temperature or warm from our hot hold.
At home, be sure to blast heat in an oven for a few minutes to warm up rather than microwave, that way you will preserve the sanctity of the puff pastry.
