Rex Multiseed is one of our signature loaves, which once won Best Bread in Britain! We don’t buy granary or multigrain packet mixes. Instead, our bakers prepare a soaker of linseed, sunflower seeds and oats in hot water with a touch of malt extract (British-made from Malted Barley grown and malted in East Anglia), then mix that through a 70% Organic White: 30% Organic Wholemeal dough. With its beautiful top cut, Multiseed tastes excellent sliced on it own, for sandwiches, or is a favourite for toast. It does not taste overly sweet, it stays fresh & soft naturally for longer, with a crunchy crust.
