With a cult following, our Raisin & rosemary sourdough has a careful flavour balance between large, succulent raisins and fresh rosemary. Delicious on its own or buttered, it is made with high water levels to achieve big holes in the bread structure and has the addition of olive oil for a natural softer texture, for longer.
Our family runs one of the most awarded independent bakeries in Britain. We care deeply about we sell, taking time to make our food properly and only putting into it exactly what’s needed.
