The arrival of Rex Stollen in our shops signals Christmas is coming, and is eagerly anticipated every year.
Crafting these special rich yeasted cakes is a labour of love, expert skill and art  in Rex.  Stollen hails from Dresden in Germany and our Rex recipe includes rum soaked sultanas, mixed peel & toasted walnuts and features a very special Rex-made marzipan log through the middle.
Each loaf is christened in a bath of warm butter & apricot jam after baking, then topped with icing sugar to complete this rich delicious Christmas time treat
We hand-make a limited number each year so don’t miss out!
