We offer a specially adapted long loaf for wholesale, to minimise waste when sandwich making. Available pre-sliced or unsliced.

How long can you store Rex Sourdough for? We only ever sell what we have just made, we donate unsold bread at the end of the shop day. However We are often asked how long our Sourdough lasts. Rex Sourdough has no unnatural preservatives so will be freshest on the day you buy, which is always also the day that it was made. It is still fresh the day after, but by the 3rd day we recommend it for toasting. You can freeze all Rex breads, we recommend that you freeze & defrost wrapped in plastic as otherwise you can lose up to 20% moisture in the process.
