Every single one of our award-winning loaves is Real Bread, and Real Sourdough is the most special.  Unlike “sourfaux” which is made fast with artificial additives and mixes, the Rex natural Sourdough starter with its good bacteria, combined with our 3-day fermentation process make for the most digestible, delicious and complex breads.  We handmake everything daily in our family’s Chiltern bakery, only with organic flour, with expertise, care and time.
