Speciality Bread & Savouries

We hand-make all our baked products on the bakery premises ourselves, with only organic flour in our award winning breads. All our breads take at least 24 hours to make, with 20% of the dough kept back for the next day’s bread-making to above all improve the flavour.  Traditional bread-making in this way also allows more of the flour to ferment, so it can be easier to digest.
